room upgrade beautiful decoration excellent service unfriendly receptionist lack of help
the hotel upgraded my room upon arrival. the rooms have beautiful decoration. breakfast had very good quality food. the staff offered excellent service.
my room faced the back, so i did not like the view. it was almost disgusting. i complained, but i received no help. the receptionist was unfriendly.
